The original BOROTTO LUMIA 16 heating element is the heating component specifically designed for the incubator’s thermal system.

Made from a 60 W FLEX silicone heating cable, it is dimensioned for this specific model. When replacing the original component, it allows the incubator to maintain the thermal configuration defined by its original design.

Inside the LUMIA 16, this heating component works in synergy with the PID BioMimic System®. This electronic system precisely manages temperature control throughout incubation.

In addition, its operation is integrated with the ThermoGuard Elite® ventilation system. Together, these technologies contribute to the uniform and balanced management of the internal microclimate.

Heating, electronic control and ventilation therefore do not operate as separate elements. Instead, they form part of a single system designed to accompany the different stages of embryonic development.
